Boston continues its streak with overreacting to marketing ploys. When will they understand that even if Terrorists wanted to blow up their crappy city they wouldn’t leave bombs in plain view and disguise them as something completely out of place. Backpack + metal fence does not equal bomb.
Police and fire crews were alerted and they called the state bomb squad, which brought its bomb-defusing robot in to inspect the bags. They were filled with newspaper, $1 bills sticking out of each one.
My only exlpanation now is that the Boston bomb squad is really bored and likes blowing up random things. Maybe it makes them feel important.
